POLITICALLY INCORRECT GENES 
I had no idea -- there are genes with "offensive" names that are in the process of being "rebranded." Some soon-to-be no-no's:
  • "lunatic fringe"
  • "one-eyed pinhead"
  • "headcase"
Sounds like they were originally named by my kids.
